Playgroup Structure

Upon arriving the kids will mingle and we will ease into our group activity. After the activity, the kids get to enjoy some free play.

Activity (roughly 40 minutes) – spots for some activities are limited. To secure your spot on a particular month please contact us on contact@capybaraplaygroup.com.au or send us a text.

Free Play – kids are encouraged to stay after the activity for continued play.

Your Contribution

There are costs associated with running activities. These costs are absorbed by us. We try to make our activities exciting and fun with theme related arts & crafts, toys and treats.

We ask that families participating in the activities to contribute a small fee. Your contributions help us cover some of the costs associated with running the activities.

To ease any financial pressure, there is no fixed amount. As a guide $5 per child, per session, is greatly appreciated.

We appreciate your notice, as there is a lot of planning that goes into ensuring we have enough items for all participants.

Dates Set

We strive to keep the playdates on the selected dates. However, dates are subject to change if unforeseen circumstances arise.

If playdates need to be rescheduled, we will notify you as soon as possible with alternative solutions.
